Features

Nano lanthanum oxide is a white powder. Density 6.51 g/cm3. Melting point 2217ºC. Boiling point 4200ºC. Slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in acid to produce the corresponding salts.

Exposed to air, carbon dioxide and water are easily absorbed and gradually become lanthanum carbonate. The combination of burned lanthanum oxide with water gives off a large amount of heat.

Application
