Application 

1.Metal nano-lubrication additive: add 0.1~0.5% nano-tin powder to lubricating oil, grease, in the friction process so that the friction side of the surface of the formation of self-lubricating, self-repairing film, reduce the friction side of the anti-wear and friction performance.

2.Activation of sintering additives: nano-tin powder in powder metallurgy greatly reduces the sintering temperature of powder metallurgy products and high-temperature ceramic products.

3.Surface conductive coating treatment for metals and non-metals: the coating is implemented under oxygen-free conditions and at temperatures below the melting point of the powder, and this technology can be used in the production of microelectronic devices.
