Nano zirconia powder for battery has fine size and uniform particle size distribution. Using the conductive properties of different elements doped with this product, it can be used in electrode manufacturing in solid state batteries.

The nano-zirconia battery consists of a solid zirconia electrolyte (mostly yttrium stabilized zirconia powder, referred to as YSZ) and two platinum electrodes. As a kind of electrolyte, yttrium stabilized nano-zirconia powder has been applied in the field of solid oxide fuel cells because of its high oxygen ion conductivity and stability in REDOX atmosphere. It has market application prospect and commercial value.

Application
