Laser cladding refers to the process method of placing the selected coating material on the surface of the coated substrate in different feeding methods to melt a thin layer on the surface of the substrate at the same time, and forming a surface coating with very low dilution after rapid solidification, and forming a metallurgical combination with the substrate to significantly improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance and electrical characteristics of the base surface. Application
1. Hot working mold: H11 steel is often used to manufacture hot working molds, such as forging molds, hot pressing molds, etc., which can maintain stable hardness and strength under high temperature conditions, and has good wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties.
2. Die casting mold: Because H11 steel has good thermal stability and heat resistance fatigue properties, it is often used in the manufacture of die casting molds, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure conditions.
3. Plastic mold: H11 steel is also suitable for the manufacture of plastic mold, can maintain stable performance under high temperature conditions, with good wear resistance and surface hardness.
