Features

An artificially synthesized hydrated aluminosilicate (zeolite) or natural zeolite with the function of screening molecules. Its general chemical formula is (M '2M)O·Al2O3·xSiO2·yH2O, where M' and M represent monovalent and divalent cations such as K+, Na+, Ca2+, Ba2+, etc. It has many uniformly sized channels and neatly arranged pores in its structure. Molecular sieves with different pore sizes separate molecules of different sizes and shapes. Molecular sieves with different pore sizes were obtained based on the different molecular ratios of SiO2 and Al2O3. Its models include: 3A(potassium A type), 4A(Sodium A type), 5A(Calcium A type), 10Z(calcium Z type), 13Z(Sodium Z type), Y(Sodium Y type), sodium mordenite type, etc. It has high adsorption capacity, strong selectivity and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in organic chemical and petrochemical industries and is also an excellent adsorbent for gas dehydration. It is also receiving increasing attention in the purification of waste gas.
Application 
3A,4A molecular sieve:

    Adsorb water, methanol, ethanol, H2S, CO2, SO2, ethylene and propylene; It does not adsorb propane or larger molecules. It is mainly applied in the     drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, medicines, electronic materials, etc., argon purification, and the separation      of methane, ethane and propane.
    5Amolecular sieve:

   In addition to adsorbing molecules adsorbed by 3A and 4A, it is also used for normal and isomeric hydrocarbons, oxygen-nitrogen separation, and co-   adsorption of CO2-H2O, etc. It is particularly suitable for pressure swing adsorption and can adapt to pressure swing adsorption devices of various        sizes for oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and other gases. It is mainly used for drying and refining of chemical, petroleum and natural gas,           ammonia    decomposition gas and other industrial gases and liquids.
