Features

ITO nano ultrafine powder prepared by high-frequency plasma gas-phase combustion method, the product has high purity, low bulk density (40% lower than similar products in China), and it is easy to be dispersed into stable nano-paste. Nano ITO powder has good conductivity and transparency, can cut off the harmful electronic radiation, ultraviolet and far infrared. Therefore, after spraying on glass, plastic and electronic display, it can cut off the harmful electronic radiation, ultraviolet and infrared IR and electrostatic shielding coatings and anti-counterfeit inks while enhancing the conductivity and transparency. Nano indium tin oxide powder is an N-type oxide semiconductor - indium tin oxide, nano ITO powder film that indium tin oxide semiconductor transparent conductive film, usually has two performance indicators: resistivity and light transmittance. In the oxide conductive film, to Sn-doped In2O3 (ITO) film with high transmittance and good conductivity, and easy to etch a fine pattern in the acid. One of the transmittance rate to reach more than 90%, nano ITO powder in its transmittance and resistance value by the proportion of In2O3 and Sn2O3 to control, usually Sn2O3: In2O3 = 1:9.

Application 

1.Nano indium tin oxide powder is mainly used to produce transparent conductive coatings for liquid crystal displays, flat panel displays, plasma displays, touch panels, electronic ink and so on.

2.ITO nanopowder is also used for various optical coatings, infrared-reflecting coatings (hot mirrors) for architectural, automotive, and sodium vapor lamp glasses are mostly used.

3.Indium Tin Oxide nanoparticles have been used as conductive material in plastic electroluminescent lamp.

4.Nano ITO powder can be used to make thin film strain gauges which can operate at temperatures up to 1400 °C and can be used in harsh environments, e.g. gas turbines, jet engines, and rocket engines

Storage Conditions

Nano ITO should be sealed in vacuum and stored in cool and dry room and it should not be exposure to air. In addition, the product should be avoided under stress.
