Fe-ni alloy is a low-frequency soft magnetic material with high permeability and low coercivity in a weak magnetic field. Early Fe-Ni alloy was used for telephone communication, and then a heat treatment process and vacuum smelting method were used to improve the characteristics of the alloy. The permeability of iron-nickel alloy containing Ni78% in weak magnetic fields is about 10 to 20 times higher than that of silicon steel, and it is widely used in sensitive relays, magnetic shielding, telephone and radio transformers, precision AC and DC instruments, and current transformers (see transformers). By adding molybdenum, manganese, cobalt, copper, chromium and other elements to the Fe-Ni alloy, ternary and quaternary Fe-Ni alloys with higher initial permeability μi and maximum permeability μm can be obtained.
1. High permeability: iron-nickel alloy soft magnetic powder usually has high permeability and can effectively conduct magnetic fields.
3. High saturation magnetic induction strength: iron-nickel alloy soft magnetic powder has high saturation magnetic induction strength, so that it can maintain a high magnetic induction strength in the magnetic field.
