Application 

1, add 2.0% nano titanium dioxide (VK-T05) to the rubber.

2, adding nano titanium dioxide (VK-T05) silicone rubber compared with unmodified rubber, after the same energy, dose of proton irradiation, the surface color deepening and surface crack damage degree decreased; The increase of mass loss rate, the decrease of heat resistance and the change of shrinkage and expansion rate are all reduced, showing the anti-irradiation performance and improving the anti-aging performance of rubber.

3, nano titanium dioxide (VK-T05) can improve the mechanical properties of rubber, tensile strength and tear strength is significantly increased, the heat resistance of rubber is also improved. The swelling experiment showed that the swelling ratio of rubber decreased, the gel mass fraction and crosslinking density increased after the addition of nanoparticles.
