Nano-zirconia is combined with alumina and silicon oxide to improve the performance parameters of the material. Nano zirconia is not only used in structural ceramics and functional ceramics. The conductive properties of nano-zirconia doped with different elements are used in electrode fabrication in solid state batteries.
