Features

Iron carbonyl powder is a product obtained by the reaction of CO and iron at high temperature and high pressure to form 5 carbonyl iron oil, which is separated by low pressure. It can be shipped after annealing and anti-oxidation treatment.
Application 

1. Carbonyl powder is finer, the general particle size is about 3μm, high purity, such as carbonyl iron powder generally does not contain S, P, Si and other impurities, these impurities do not generate carbonyl, such as carbon and oxygen, carbon-based iron powder in the chemical composition is the highest purity of various iron powder. After annealing, the total content of carbon and oxygen can be reduced to less than 0.03%, but the cost of carbonyl powder is very high, in addition, metal carbonyl compounds have varying degrees of toxicity when volatilizing, especially nickel carbonyl has severe toxicity, and anti-virus measures should be taken in the production;
