Ferro Aluminum Alloy 

Ferro aluminum alloy is composed of iron and aluminum (about 6%~16% range) as the main elements, with high resistivity, low density, high hardness, good wear resistance, good vibration and impact resistance, so the device made of ferroaluminum alloy has small eddy current loss and light weight. However, when the aluminum content exceeds 10%, the ferroaluminum alloy becomes brittle and the plasticity decreases, which brings difficulties to the processing. The saturation magnetic induction strength of the alloy decreases with the increase of aluminum content.
