Ge content ≥ 99.999%, resistivity ≥ 50Ω • cm (20 ± 0.5 ºC). Silver gray metallic luster, cuboid bar shape, hard and brittle, melting point of 937.4 ºC, boiling point of 2800 ºC, density of 5.325g/cm3.

Storage Condition: It should be stored in a warehouse with cool, ventilated, dry, clean and chemical corrosion-free atmosphere.Moisture proof. Can not be mixed with acid and alkali products. During transportation, it should be rainproof and shockproof. When loading and unloading, be careful to prevent collision and rolling, and prevent mechanical damage.
